Many people wonder why there are so many religions and denominations when there’s only one Bible. Is everyone worshiping the same God, but only in different ways? Is it just a matter of interpretation? Is everyone right? Wrong? Is it even possible to know the truth?

Over the years we have constantly updated our Bible Information Class (BIC) to dig into these questions and more. The format of the class enables us to discover what the Bible says, then discuss these truths in connection with our current religious scene. Personal experiences of class participants can be very helpful in providing insights and answers.   

Our BIC is entitled New Life in Christ to assure that everyone has a safe and secure place to learn and grow. Beginners can get started without embarrassment or worry. Experienced Bible students can review and answer their personal questions. This BIC also equips experienced Christians to share with friends and family or participants in their own Bible classes and personal conversations. 

Other topics include: 

• Why should anyone trust the Bible?

• How do we let the Bible interpret itself?

• Is religion dangerous?

• Does the Bible contradict science?

• Has the Bible lost its relevance for our enlightened age?

• Can anyone really know the truth?

As we discover answers together, your faith in God’s eternal love for you is strengthened. Confidence in prayer grows. Worries and anxieties find amazing relief in God’s kindness and mercy. You may, like so many others, wish there were more than twenty sessions. In fact, several members of New Life have enjoyed BIC multiple times. 

There is no cost or obligation, but if you find yourself in agreement, you can be welcomed into our fellowship as a Communicant Member. We treasure our common-union (communion) of beliefs based on the Holy Scriptures of the Bible.
